All computers sold by ETS are built to your exact specifications. Our complete systems come in several pre-manufactured setups which may be varied at the customers request.

For our current clients, the system upgrades are done at a lower rate than normal within the first 6 months of purchasing a computer system. Before the end of the 6th month of the coverage period has passed you have the option to purchase an ETS Wonder Voucher. This voucher is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. It allows you to upgrade any components on the system for which the voucher was purchased at no charge. You may renew the voucher at a lower price within 60 days from the date of expiration. The ETS Wonder Voucher will not be available to you after your 6th month has ended. Please dont miss out on this wonderful opportunity to stay on the cutting edge of technology and remember to get your voucher in time.

For our future customers, system upgrades on your current system are an important decision you must make carefully. Sometimes it may be more costly to upgrade an out-dated system than to just pruchase a new computer. If you do wish to upgrade, please feel free to contact us to recieve an estimate for your particular needs. Due to the fluctuating prices of computer hardware, it is best that you upgrade your system shortly after recieving your quote to obtain the price most closely related to your expectations.

All of our custom built systems come with a 36 month warranty and a 6 month upgrade coverage period. If any problem(s) should arrise within this time period we will gladly attempt to resolve it via our customer service telephone number. If your problem is not resolved you can send the product back to us for repair. Alternately, we will gladly send an on-site technician to assist you if you live within any of our coverage areas.
